IETA LIVE SERIES - LAUNCH OF IETA'S 2021 MARKET SENTIMENT SURVEY: ASIA PACIFIC & EUROPE
June 14, 2021
Hosted by IETA
Since 2006, IETA has been surveying its large and diverse membership on the future of carbon markets around the world. The survey gives the most complete picture of sentiment in the carbon market, and the likely emission trading developments we can expect in the future. This year’s edition will both reflect on trends and developments that characterized carbon markets in the last 12 months while also anticipating expectations for the future. In a critical year for carbon markets, the findings cover the effects of COVID-19, expectations for ETS around the world, the future of the voluntary market, net zero pledges and Article 6. Results from this year’s survey will be released and discussed.
