This is a public database of projects that have received Letters of Authorisation under Article 6.2 bilateral and unilateral cooperative approaches of the Paris Agreement.
We aim to bring transparency across the full lifecycle of the ITMO, from the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (see our MOU Tracker), to the authorisation of projects, clarification of use cases such as eligibility under CORSIA, the eventual transfer of ITMOs, and the application of Corresponding Adjustments.
The tracker covers authorised projects across multiple crediting programmes and registries, with data on CORSIA Phase 1 eligibility, ICVCM Core Carbon Principles (CCP) status, authorised vintage ranges, volumes, and confirmed ITMO transfers.
Built for carbon market practitioners: compliance buyers, airlines sourcing CORSIA-eligible credits, project developers, and researchers tracking the growth of bilateral carbon cooperation under the Paris Agreement.
This tracker is maintained to the best of our knowledge and is intended for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or free from error. Nothing in this tracker constitutes legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on its contents. We depend on feedback and updates from our members and the wider carbon market community to keep this resource current. If you identify an error, omission, or new authorisation that should be included, we welcome your input. Get in touch with us, reach out to Nadine Lim at lim@ieta.org.
