COP31 IETA Business Pavilion


Introduction

IETA is thrilled to host this year’s COP31 Business Pavilion from 9-20 November. The Pavilion, located in the Blue Zone, the official COP31 UNFCCC negotiating grounds, will provide a gathering place for the business community.

A programme of in person and hybrid side event sessions, including exclusive networking events, brings together leading experts and policymakers from around the world to discuss and analyse the current state of play, what’s next for compliance and voluntary markets, and promote business cooperation on carbon market solutions, technology innovation and climate finance.


Practical Information

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner and familiarize themselves with the Code of Conduct.


Location

If you’re attending COP31 in person, we would be delighted to see you at IETA COP31 Business Pavilion located in the Blue Zone. As we’re located inside the Blue Zone at the Antalya EXPO Center in Soğucaksu; only individuals accredited will be able to access IETA’s BusinessHub.

Registration 

Upon arrival at the venue for the first time, participants are requested to proceed to the registration desk to collect badges for access to the conference premises. Participants must provide the following documents so that a badge will be issued:

  • the acknowledgment letter sent to the participants from the online registration system upon successful registration – printed or on a mobile device;
  • a valid passport or a nationally approved photo identification card.
Registration opening hours
  • Tuesday, 3 November to Saturday, 7 November: 08:00 – 18:00 hrs
  • Sunday, 8 November to Wednesday, 11 November 07:00 – 19:00 hrs
  • Thursday, 12 November to Friday, 20 November: 08:00 – 19:00 hrs

Accommodation

Participants are urged to book their accommodation for their time at COP 31 as soon as possible.

Delegates can book their stay in Antalya via the designated accommodation website, managed by an official partner here. For further assistance with the official accommodation platform, please contact: COP31booking@coraltravel.com.

Transport

Complimentary shuttle services will operate throughout the Antalya region during COP31.

Shuttle stops will be available only at hotels listed on the official COP31 accommodation platform. Participants staying in accommodation booked outside the official platform may need to make their own arrangements to reach the nearest shuttle stop.

Participants can explore shuttle routes, stops and official hotels through the interactive transportation map available here. A dedicated mobile application will also be available.
